The first thing to consider is calculating the power consumption of the equipment or electrical devices you need to connect.

Most equipment has a label indicating its electrical power; other devices only show their amperage (A) and voltage (V). If you have a computer rated at 1A and 220V, you multiply these two figures: 1A x 220V = 220 watts (W), and this tells you the device’s electrical power.

If you have equipment or a tool with high power, it is probably expressed in kW; you would only need to convert these values to W by multiplying by the 1,000 equivalence: 350 kW x 1000 = 350,000.
